2.1 You are deemed to have placed an order with Interior Icons by ordering using our online check-out process. As part of Interior Icons check-out process, you will have the opportunity to double check your order and to amend any errors that may have occurred. We will then send you order acknowledgement by email, which will include a detailed list if the products ordered by you.
2.2Interior Icons acceptance of an order occurs when we despatch the goods. We will email you a despatch confirmation including any relevant tracking numbers. When we send the order, the purchase contract will then be deemed to have been made, even in instances where payment has been immediately processed, unless you have been notified by us that we do not accept your order, or you have for any reason cancelled your order.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders:

(b)if goods have already been sent to you, by returning the goods to us, in accordance with our clause 4.2 detailed below.
4.2You can return goods ordered from Interior Icons for any reason within 14 days of receiving them in exchange for a complete refund or exchange. Any costs incurred in returning goods back to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 We will issue a full refund for the amount paid or alternatively an exchange credit as required, upon receipt of the goods.
4.4The rights to return the goods to us as detailed in clause 4.3 will not be applicable in the following circumstances: -
(a) if we deem that the product has been used
(b) where any product has been made or customised to your unique specification
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not in any way affect your consumer’s statutory rights.
